Amazing at what was needed to fix the crawl space in our home. We have noticed such a difference in the feel of our home and no worries about anything freezing underneath as even when outside temp is 32 crawl space is 55. Kevin & his team are Outstanding at their job, offering a Wonderful product & Customer Experience. Very Grateful & would highly recommend for any Crawl Space issues.

Our Story Family-owned crawl space care,
Family-owned crawl space care,
done right
Crawl Space Pro is a family owned business built on a simple idea: homeowners in eastern North Carolina deserve honest work from people who actually live here. We serve Pitt County and the surrounding communities, and we take that responsibility seriously. When you call us, you talk to someone who knows this region, its climate, and the moisture challenges that come with it.
We started serving this area in 2018, and crawl space work has been our focus from day one. We do not try to be everything to everyone. We are a crawl space only company — we do not service attics, roofs, or any other part of your home. That singular focus means we bring real depth and expertise to every crawl space job we take on.
Moisture is the biggest threat most crawl spaces face in eastern North Carolina. Humid summers, wet winters, and clay-heavy soil create conditions that invite mold, wood rot, and structural damage. Our services are built around stopping that damage before it spreads. We install encapsulation systems, vapor liners, dehumidifiers, sump pumps, and vents. We also handle crawl space insulation, door replacement, and structural repairs when the damage has already taken hold.
Every home is different, and we treat it that way. Before we recommend anything, we take a close look at what is actually happening in your crawl space. We explain what we find in plain language, and we give you options that fit your situation. No pressure, no guesswork.
We proudly serve homeowners across Greenville, Grimesland, Chocowinity, Washington, Winterville, Ayden, New Bern, and surrounding communities. If you are in Pitt County or the surrounding area and have questions about your crawl space, we want to hear from you.
Being a family owned company means our name is attached to every job we finish. We are not a franchise. We are your neighbors, and we want to earn your trust the right way. Call us today at (252) 320-8875 or email us at Crawlspacepronc@gmail.com to request your free estimate.
How We Work
What you can count on
Crawl Space Only
We focus exclusively on crawl spaces — no attics, no roofs, no other services. That singular focus means deeper expertise and better results for what's beneath your home.
Local Roots
We are a family-owned business serving Pitt County and the surrounding communities. When you call us, you reach a neighbor, not a call center.
Moisture Problems Solved
Standing water, high humidity, and mold growth in a crawl space cause real structural damage over time. We identify the source and fix it with the right crawl space solution.

From encapsulation and vapor liner installs to sump pump, dehumidifier, insulation, and vent work — we handle every part of the crawl space job so you do not need multiple contractors.
Clean, Honest Assessments
We tell you exactly what we find under your home and explain your options clearly. No pressure, no upselling work you do not need.
Consistent Availability
We keep regular Monday through Friday hours so you can reach us, schedule your visit, and get your crawl space work planned without chasing anyone down.
